It does, so I'm closing this (opencv's) bug.
Jeff: You didn't close #884903 with your tesseract upload, you should
otherwise that blocks testing migration.
And please coorinate library transitions¹ next time (in a case like
this, the release team would have told you to wait until the gdal
transition was completed), and don't "Hope it goes well"², do test
rebuilds instead.
