Builds of antlr in minimal environments geared for building only its architecture-dependent binary packages (as on the autobuilders) have started failing with errors along the lines of dh clean --with maven-repo-helper --with python2,python3 dh: unable to load addon maven-repo-helper: Can't locate Debian/Debhelper/Sequence/maven_repo_helper.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Debian::Debhelper::Sequence::maven_repo_helper module) (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/perl/5.26.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.26.0 /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.26 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/perl/5.26 /usr/share/perl/5.26 /usr/local/lib/site_perl /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/perl-base) at (eval 12) line 1.
