Hi,

spice FTBFS randomly with an error similar to this one:
> FAIL: test-leaks
> ================
>
> /server/server leaks: OK
> /server/vmc leaks:
> (./test-leaks:14850): Spice-WARNING **: reds.c:2627:reds_init_socket: binding
> socket to :5912 failed
> FAIL test-leaks (exit status: 133)

This can be seen on the mips64el buildds which have been failing
repeatably:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=spice&arch=mips64el&ver=0.13.90-0.1&stamp=1505187935&raw=0

It also recently failed when built as part of the reproducible builds on
amd64. Only the second build failed here:
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/logs/unstable/amd64/spice_0.13.90-0.1.build2.log.gz

Other reproducible build tests have been failing as well.

I think this is caused by the "test-leaks" test and the "test-vdagent"
test being run in parallel. Both tests try to bind to port 5912 so one
of the tests will fail if the other is run at the same time.

Thanks,
James
