Hi,
I just ACCEPTed template-glib from NEW but noticed it uses an URL
as a source:
Comment: A few files were incorrectly marked as GPL-3+
but those have been relicensed to LGPL-2.1+ by their author here:

It's great its been licensed correctly but referring to a URL requires
that our users must be online to check the copyright (think of the
Desert Island Test!), the site never changes, the URL does not go stale,
etc. etc.
Please additionally quote the relevant section of the page you are
link.
