Given that it's not really a bug in libgtk-perl at all, and the set of
developers likely to be filing FTBFS bugs is quite small (therefore the
chance of duplicate bugs is also small), I don't think we should leave it
filed against libgtk-perl.  It also clutters the RC bug list with packages
that aren't actually buggy.  So I would prefer that these bugs all be
reassigned and merged (should be done now).
