Package: claws-mail-fancy-plugin
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

Did an upgrade.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

I checked
ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/pub/debian/debian/dists/testing/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz
And it doesn't appear in the list (although it states that
libwebkitgtk-1.0-0 breaks it.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

My html for claws-mail no longer works

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

My html work (and be able to install fancy plugin)

I'm sorry but the library required to build the fancy plugin has been
declared obsolete and removed from Debian archive, see bug:

https://bugs.debian.org/790199

A fancy plugin with current libraries would require to port the entire
application to GTK+3, an effort far beyond the skills and free time of
this humble package maintainer.

Upstream has no replacement yet, neither plans to have one in a near
future, but I'll try to package it as soon as it's available.

Notice you can still view HTML messages in message view, converted on
the fly to text. I'm aware this is a suboptimal solution.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

best regards,
