On i386, libguestfs has these build-depends: linux-image-586 [i386] | linux-image-486 [i386] | linux-image-686-pae [i386] As linux-image-586 was removed in unstable (and testing), the build on the buildds now fails on i386 (BD-Uninstallable): https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=libguestfs Using linux-image-686-pae as the first alternative should solve this.
