Interesting. It looks like breakpad developers just changed the license without any explanation: https://chromium.googlesource.com/breakpad/breakpad/+/14bbefbd9600e08d I wonder if they actually got a permission from Unicode, Inc. to relicense those files. -- Dmitry Shachnev
