After installing Netjuke with Postgresql, and copying the generated .inc
file to /etc/netjuke, I cannot log in.  There is no error logged anywhere,
and I have no idea why this is a problem.

The netjuke package has been removed from Debian because it has not
been maintained, neither in Debian nor by upstream.  Since we no
longer support this package, I'm closing its outstanding bug reports.
