Package: mingw32-runtime
Version: 3.9-3
Severity: normal

Nothing here for the release team or RC bug counters to worry about...

The patch to remove IN, OUT and OPTIONAL has been reported to cause
an issue with (at least) one piece of software. We should keep this
out of testing while the matter is resolved suitably with the upstream
folks. Shouldn't be long, but progress waits for no bug-free package.
This (release) is not that package -- so I'm chucking a spanner in the
machine for a couple of days.

 Ron
