We plan to remove vte3 package from archive soon.
Your package pantheon-terminal declares a build-dependency on
libvte-2.90-dev or depends on either gir1.2-vte-2.90 or libvte-2.90-9
Please prepare your package to build successfully with libvte-2.91.
