Justification: renders package unusable
linux-compiler-gcc-5-x86 and linux-headers-4.8.0-2-common-rt are NBS and to be
removed shortly. Once that is done, linux-headers-4.8.0-2-grsec-686-pae and
linux-headers-4.8.0-2-grsec-amd64 will no longer be installable (which is
definitely unusable).
