Package: cdbs
Version: 0.4.142
Severity: serious

Hi,

Could you please readd DEB_PYTHON_MODULE_PACKAGES and
DEB_PYTHON3_MODULE_PACKAGES, this is definitely used in the archive,
see: https://codesearch.debian.net/results/DEB_PYTHON3%3F_MODULE_PACKAGES/page_0

It's used by packages that need dh_python2/3 to be called even if the
package name is not starting with python-

Good. Closing this bug accordingly.

Possibly, but not a change to documented¹ behavior (see my previous
post).

If CDBS should not break _undocumentated_ behaviour then effectively it
should never change.

¹ Arguably nothing in CDBS is (properly) undocumented, but my statement
is then still valid ;-)
