Hello Andreas, since 2016-12-24 is the version 3.1.2-11 into testing.
with this version I have tested with - sudo piuparts --basetgz=../../jessie-amd64-base.tgz -d jessie -d stretch *.changes - sudo piuparts --basetgz=../../sid-amd64-base.tgz *.changes without any errors. The debian puiparts service[1] are always successfully-tested. Please can you test again? Many thanks.
