Hi, please check whether you can get hwloc-contrib (partially) built with clang-3.8, e.g. using nvcc -ccbin clang-3.8 The dependency change in nvidia-cuda-toolkit was done since gcc-5 is planned to be removed from stretch and cuda does not support gcc-6. Andreas
