the bug was actually not in fedmsg but in moksha.hub and I fixed it in 1.4.1-2 (hence different source package/version that was closing bug). I just checked (build logs you pointed me to are really old, before my fix) and this package still FTBFS but for a completely different reason (I guess it's OK to reopen this one as the final result is the same - it doesn't build)
