there is no /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart file there! I have no idea
what was happened in your system.
Actually, after further investigation, I think that this file is a conffile
left from a previous version of lxde-common package. These files should be
removed by a maintainer script [1]. Since the maintainer script for lxde-common
package doesn't do this, this is a bug in that package.
