Bug#825079: patch suitable? (icinga2 links against libmysqlclient_r and shouldnt)

Hi,

icinga2 is currently missing from Stretch due to this bug. Does the
patch look reasonable to you (icinga2 maintainers)? I'm pondering an NMU
to get icinga2 back into Stretch…
