pantomime-dev in unstable is uninstallable because
libgnustep-base1.10-dev is not available anymore. You might want to
update that to libgnustep-base1.11-dev.

Thank you for your bug report. Unfortunately, I didn't get it earlier, because I'm the new maintainer, and the BTS thinks Matthias is still the maintainer.

This bug has been fixed in version 1.1.2.dfsg-4, which was uploaded recently, but is still waiting in the NEW queue due to new/renamed binary packages.
