Thanks for the path; I've fixed this using IO::Uncompress::AnyUncompress
which the rest of the BTS is using already to handle this issue.
I've also fixed the issue with build-mldbm.pl not supporting .xz either,
which should resolve the issue with bugs filed against unknown packages.
Let me know if there are any other issues. [I've just fixed bugscan, so
hopefully it will update in the next few hours.]
