The only issue left is to do PIC on ARM archs and is tracked in #837359 [1]. It should be fixed in ocaml/4.02.3-8 which was uploaded a few minutes ago. Once ocaml/4.02.3-8 is available, packages which failed to build on armhf will be given back for rebuild.
