I am maintaining rezound, a package that uses the FOX toolkit. Due to changes in libxft-dev the FOX package has to be recompiled, as libfox1.4-dev currently depends on the file /usr/lib/libXft.la (which doesn't exist anymore). I found a similar problem here: http://lists.debian.org/debian-qt-kde/2006/01/msg00487.html They solved it through recompilation. Cheers, Günter
