I can still reproduce the error reported by Lucas in this version.

I attach a build log for 2.5.1-0.

I think this could be a bug in openstack-dashboard, one of the
build-depends. If this is really the case, please use reassign and
affects so that we can see the bug in the page for src:manila-ui and
this way we avoid filing duplicate bugs.
