kdeconnect depends on plasma-workspace, thus removing the latter will also remove the former. So this isn't a bug. Besides, do you really want to remove plasma-workspace? That would ruin your KDE desktop. topic on #debian-kde says it all: "Plasma 5.7.4 is not currently installable in sid, please use plasma from testing"
