I understand your pain, but possibly this could be reproduced with some commands in debian/rules, using browserify? I took a brief look today, but did not seem to find all the scripts for building the source completely, but surely there is way.. I will try to help with this. Having said all this, I think the serious severity is not correct. This package is not yet removed from main, so I don't see any reason for this bug to be RC (yet). -- Martín Ferrari (Tincho)
