Considering that we are fixing a FTBFS bug, looks good enough for me. So, I've uploaded the pachage "as is". However, you might want to consider switching to "3.0 (quilt)" source format for the next upload. I actually tried to do that to see how it would like, but found that 99_touch.dpatch was not a real patch but "a script that does things". If you still need to do that, it would probably fit in the clean target of debian/rules. Also, switching to dh would be really nice. Thanks.
