Seems was a little bit impatient. The bin-NUM solved the problem:
haskell-http (1:4000.3.3-1+b2) sid; urgency=low, binary-only=yes
* Binary-only non-maintainer upload for i386; no source changes.
* network changed from 2.6.2.1 to 2.6.3.1
