It actually works pretty well. I use both Estonian and Finnish here and both of them are generated from Ispell. For that I agree and now is a good time to start migrating. FYI, according to Harri Pitkänen, hunspell is already the default in Open Office 2.0.2, which is scheduled for release in a few weeks.
