Package: gitolite3
Version: 3.6.1-2+deb8u1
Severity: serious

Hi,

`gitolite setup` calls `ssh-keygen -l -f <pubkey>` to check that is was
passed a valid OpenSSH pubkey. When this binary is not present,
`gitolite setup` fails (claiming the pubkey is not valid).

As such, it seems that gitolite3 should depend on openssh-client (or some
appropriate | alternative).

Alternatively, gitolite could be patched to only perform the check if
ssh-keygen is available.

Best,

  Keller Fuchs
