jitsi is not in testing.  You're trying to install it from
unstable.

You're also perfectly aware that it's not installable in unstable,
you already filed a bug that it's not installable in unstable
at least 4 times.  Please stop filing new bugs about it.

libjitsi is provided by the libjitsi source package.  That source
package is not in Debian.  It has been rejected multiple times by
ftp-master because of license issues.

Either someone should start working on getting libjitsi in Debian,
or we should remove jitsi.
