Control: tags -1 patch
Dear Maintainer,
In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* debian/compat: Bump to 9.
* debian/control:
- Build-depend on debhelper (>= 9).
- Remove article from beginning of synposis.
* debian/rules:
- Convert to dh sequencer.
- Disable dh_auto_test since test.sh in test target doesn't exist.
