There is no real upstream for 2.8.1, since I just updated it locally to
incorporate the flags of discount 2.8.1 but sinced upstreams seems
unmaintained I thought this might be the easiest way to reflect which
discount version this correponds to. Furthermore, the git repo includes
the debian folder, so I am not quite sure how to tag a upstream only
version. Nevertheless, you can get the orig tarball and the debian ones
with the help of gitpkg.
