I have already told you in the past that visir does not work with the
packaged swarp. The swarp included in visir is patched to behave as the
pipeline needs it. There are also feature patches which go beyond the
bugfix patches I have already told you about.
To test this run esorex visir_img_reduce sof
with sof:
img/drs/burst-NEII/IRAS21032-0024-NEII-182_0245.fits BURST
img/drs/burst-NEII/IRAS21032-0024-NEII-182_0246.fits BURST
from the demo data.
To my big surprise it does not crash but the results are still wrong.
Check the error extension of the visir_util_join_bCOMBINED.fits, it has
an average 200 while it should be around 10.
So I repeat, please use the bundled swarp or remove the package from the
archive.
