It was not in the d/control, so I pushed imported package to
collab-maint/tidy-html5.
I'll import my and LoB patches on top of tidy.git and push it tomorrow.

I guess you just was not aware that the package was maintained in
collab-maint. This information is not (yet) present in debian/control.
