Dear Maintainer, /usr/include/PythonQt/PythonQt.h demands PythonQtUtils.h but this header, although present in the source package, is missing. Without this file it is impossible to compile anything against libPythonQt. A possible solution is to add src/PythonQtUtils.h in CMakeLists.txt:145 and rebuild the package.
