Hi. As you may have seen in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=821514#10, there does exist an Orphaning request ( https://bugs.debian.org/757230 ) (same for #821517 and #757228), and a prior RFA, which unfortunately didn't attract any interest.
The wontfix was inteded to indicate that I wouldn't update the packaging to help with the PHP 7 transition.
