I've just uploaded the second revision of QGIS 2.14.3 which is built with WITH_QTWEBKIT=FALSE. This seems to be the best option to resolve this issue for the QGIS 2.14 LTR series, before we can switch to Qt5 with QGIS 2.16 (non-LTR) or 3.x LTR.
