ngrok-client cannot use ngrok.com anymore. A user could still use
ngrok-server. Bug grave because I think most users are using
ngrok.com. Moreover, ngrok 1.x is not maintained anymore, so it would
be better to just remove it from Debian. This bug will at least
prevent migration to testing.

ngrok 2.x is not open source.
