Package: clamav-freshclam

Justification: renders package unusable

the /etc/init.d/clamav-freshclam, used in the postinst script, is

So, I did a random sample, and it looks like we're there. I have
uploaded, and it looks like it is doing the rightthing (half the
architectures have built it so far, and they all have an init script).

I am going to close this now, and check back in the morning to make sure
that nothing else has gone wrong.
