Joost,

thanks for letting me know. If moodle supports PHP 7 right away, it's
just a matter of replacing:

libapache2-mod-php5 | php5-cgi | php5-fpm, php5-mysql | php5-pgsql,
php5-gd, php5-curl, php5-cli,

with

php, php-mysql | php-pgsql, php-gd, php-curl, php-cli

(php is a virtual package that provides one of the web SAPIs, so you
don't have to list them all)

Cheers,
