Dear Maintainer,

In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:

  * debian/rules: Remove legacy DH_COMPAT export.
  * debian/compat: Indicate compatibility level of 9.
  * debian/control:
    - Build-depend on debhelper (>= 9).
    - Depend on ${misc:Depends}.
