I solved the problem by upgrading the plugins to the 1.8.0 version in
unstable...
Can we have stricter dependencies between the plugins and the library?
Also ccing the release team to see if they can speed up/force the
migration of the plugins.
The migration's already being attempted but failing due to missing
binNMUs for gstreamer1.0-vaapi. Those were scheduled earlier this
morning, so hopefully things will unblock in the near future.
