Preventing testing migration.

2.8.0 seems to be ABI/API compatible with 2.7.0, but the upstream CMake file 
automatically bumps soname,
and since we have only one (internal) reverse-dependency (poedit), I uploaded 
it, but the library is
missing the "*.so* file.

So, preventing migration until 2.8.0-2 gets accepted from new queue.
