Unless someone wishes to adopt php-dompdf (#748604) or simply this
package (#748606), I believe it shouldn’t be part of the next stable
release (or even the current one as pointed in #813849).
I may follow with a removal request from the archive if nobody steps up.
In the mean time, this bug report should ensure the removal of this
package from testing.

This bug is done due to maintenance take over.
It not directly affects stable, but php-dompdf should be updated there. See
#816198, then this bug can be considered done for stable.
