I recently packaged php-randomlib as used by owncloud, but owncloud is going away anyway, see #816376. There is a priori little point to release php-randomlib in a stable Debian release. I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody objects (but feel free to beat me to it). Regards David
