Ok. Since there's now only a handful of packages left using gstreamer 0.10
I will file removal bugs for it and the remaining reverse deps in 3-4 weeks.
If psimedia can't be updated in time, it can easily re-enter the archive
after it has been ported to gstreamer 1.0.
