Upstream hasn’t been active in over five years, didn’t respond to the
bug filed either (even with patch), so it may be considered dead
upstream.
The package is only used by php-structures-datagrid-renderer-htmltable,
but this package is going away (#783419), so there is a priori little
point to ship it in the next stable release.
I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody
objects (but feel free to beat me to it).
