Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

Tried to upgrade a python package using pip-3.2 (which is pip v1.1)

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

pip install -U docker-forklift

   * What was the outcome of this action?

docker-forklift to be upgraded

I'm going to close this bug because newer versions of pip work for me.
Besides, docker-forklift now requires pip3 (i.e. Python 3).
