Hello Dmitry, I was test-building the package the other day to see whether it would build against VTK6 and dcmtk > 3.6.1 because it is one of the last packages that still depend on the binary package libdcmtk2.
For both cases the package will need some patching. For VTK it seems to be an easy fix that I have done before in other packages, but dcmtk will require some work. I was going to look into this, but if you're on it I won't interfere. Best, Gert
