A t-p-u upload seems like overkill.

I don't think there is any new open RC bug which would prevent the
testing migration. Or am I missing your point?

So we can just wait for another 4 days and this will solve itself or we
age the package, if it's pressing to get systemd into testing quicker.
The latter should be fine.
